LADDeR eLearning Content Development Methodology

To accelerate the Content Development process, Navitus has developed an unique 4-stage methodology “LADDeR” (Learning content through Analysis, Design, Develop and Release stages) to build and deliver eLearning Content flawlessly and efficiently.
One of the key aspects of building effective e-learning course is Instructional Design. Instructional Design is the art of effectively amalgamating technology with information to deliver knowledge in a creative and easy to understand manner. Instructional Design makes the difference between creating a an engaging and effective learning experience with quantifiable performance development for your learners, or a mediocre course, with no constructive outcomes for learners.
Once a course is properly designed, our Graphic Designers use the Instructional Design to add images, graphics and animation to make it even more interesting and engaging for the learner.
